I have been a customer of this salon for a good while now. After my past visit I am now looking for a new salon to start my business at. This salon has no professional skills when it comes to the manager. lets start with the fact that all the stylist there are always professional lokking they have their hair fixed and make up done ( which when i go to get my hair done I expect the stylist to look like a stylist) but the manager always looks like a bum.... second let me let everyone know that I feel she treats her stylist like crap. how professional is it to talk about her stylist to her clients? I over heard her talking with her clients during my last visit about a few of the other girls. I think if she has any issuses with her employees she should start by letting them know and leaving all customers out of it. during one of my visits prior to this last one she was talking to her client about the client she had before them in her chair.. I mean is this seriously a professional manager? the owners really need to look for someone that can look and be professional all at the same time.

I dropped by one afternoon during the week when I thought (hoped) they wouldn't be busy. There were 2 operators working. A heavily tattooed operator told me it would be about 30 minutes. After I waited more than 30 minutes, one decided to take a break while the other told her no reason to hurry back.

Me, I left never to return.
