This was the worst salon I've ever visited, and I think it's the worst salon in existence. I can't believe they're still in business.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I wish someone could have warned me what a horrible experience I was going to have so I wouldn't have gone. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
