I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was not told that they were going to be charging me an OUTRAGIOUS price just to get a simple wash and flat iron. They charged me 44.95 which is the same price of a color treatment. I am a caucasion lady that does not need any product to get my hair to be flat, I was charged for some product that left my hair looking and feeling greesy. I feel that I was trully RIPPED off and will NEVER go back and will let ALL my friends and family know of this and NOT to use smart styles in North Little Rock!!!
