The massage therapist was good, but the atomsphere was cramped and loud with the hair washing station right outside the door - completely ruined the mood. I got my hair cut and wanted it one length and it ended up a lot shorter than had been discussed. Not much care was taken with attempted to remove snarls from my hair - come on it is ok to use more than a brush (hint hint they make hair picks). I honestly have never had a worse experience before at a salon and I used to live in the south!
