Having just read the other two reviews about Erin being rude, I must disagree. I have been to Erin quite a few times and have found her to be both a good hair stylist AND a really pleasant person. I definitely will continue to go to her and am dismayed at reading those negative reviews.

I go to this salon only because it's one of the cheaper options in town, and for a poor college girl like myself, the cheapest option usually prevails. I've had decent haircuts here, however, the girl who cuts my hair, Erin, is extremely rude and unpersonable. She is not friendly, doesn't like to engage in conversation, and has a general attitude of "I'm better than you are". She makes me feel like an idiot, too. Once I came in and asked for side bangs and she said to me, "UHH that won't work on you, you have a weird part". YIKES. A separate time I came in and as soon as I sat down in her chair and the first thing she said to me was, "OH my god your hair is SOOO dry". GEE THANKS. There are several other, older women who also work there who seem happy and nice, however Erin is always making rude comments under her breath about them. It's very unprofessional. She does cut my hair well, and that's the only reason I keep going back. Yet every time I call to make an appointment I cross my fingers they will make me an appointment with another hair cutter.

Their prices were very fair. The office was easy enough to find. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
The girl who was there was extremely rude, I think her name was Erin. I came in to ask about making an appointment and she just kept reading whatever she was reading and i said "hello" and she just goes "yes" I asked if I could make an appointment and she said " well i have to see if we are available" me thinking well obviously.
I came in for my appointment and told her what i wanted. I already have somewhat reddish hair due to my irish background but i wanted something a bit more bright. She laughed - mind you didn't try to hide it at all- just out and out laughed and said " your gonna look like clifford" well gee thanks lady.
While she was cutting my hair she never said a word to me, it was really awkward. Later on in the appointment some friends of hers came in and she starting talking to them about how she was so drunk the night before that she lost her phone and was about to call in sick that day (while she is cutting my hair mind you!) and than was looking at her friends laptop of all the drunken pictures they had taken the night before and she still cutting my hair! She dyed my hair such a dark red it was almost purple/black. very very dark. If i wasnt in the sun you would think it was black. It was such a change that the bank would only let me withdraw money after i showed them my ssn card as well because they didnt believe this super dark haired person was me since on my license it looks light brown. It was horrible. and my bangs were cut super super short that it didn't look like bangs they stuck out they were so short.
She was all over rude and didn't really listen to what i wanted and basically did what she wanted. She ignored me did not try to engage in any conversation and answered my questions very curtly. If your going to go here ask for someone else. I have heard good things about them.
