The worst management I have ever seen/experienced! If you value your time and dime whatsoever, pass on this establishment. The owner is a liar and has zero regard for appointments she sets. And her work is quick and sloppy. I left there with burns on finger tips and repeated disappointment and frustration that she ALWAYS, each time, disregarded the appt we had made days in advance. I gave this estabishment several chances and was disappointed and dejected each time. If you were considering this salon, move on to the next salon. Precious Nails in Andover is outstanding!
