I had the worst serves ever at this location. I arrived about 9:45am and the I was there to 1:20pm. It was three of us who came together to nail salon and no worker spoke to me but all watched me as I signed us in and when the other two came in everyone spoke. The services I wanted was a pedicure and a jell nail fill in. The employee that tried to completed my services couldn't or just didn't give me the services that I asked for. I had a picture of the a design that I wanted for my hands and feet. I showed the picture to three other employees plus the person giving me the service. No one said that the person working with me couldn't do what I asked but lead me to believe that I would get what I asked for from the picture shown. Nothing was correct but the colors that I picked. While doing my nails the employee cut my real fingernails really short for no reason and he used the electric filer and made my nails paper thin. I didn't think anything of the person using the electric filer because I have had the jell nail polish taken off that way before. I'm still telling this person that I want jell nails, and he gets the false nails to put on my hands, and now I'm thinking that this person is not listening to me or doesn't understand. Other staff now knows that this person is not following what I am saying so someone runs over trying to help but its ten after 1pm and this person now wants to follow the picture and now I'm upset trying to be nice to someone who keeps messing up like I haven't said anything, given any directions, wasted almost four hours, and my hand are hurting because my fingernails are paper thin. When I tried telling my complaint to the person who wants me to pay she to lied me about the services that I ask for, put in writing, showed a picture of what I wanted, and the length of time that I was there. The other people that I came with were finished about 40 minutes and they got tire of waiting inside so they waited outside. I paid because I didn't want the others that I came with to have to wait any longer. I will call back to try to get some assistance from a manager or the owner.
