I called at the last minute to see if they could do my hair and I was able to go right then. Under the circumstances, I was surprised at how well my hair came out. I am at the same time picky and not sure what to do with my hair. I followed the stylist's suggestion for both cut and color and left happy. It was however, more expensive than my usual stylist and one staff member felt it necessary to share an astounding amount of personal information. She made me feel uncomfortable even though she was not the one doing my hair.

Waited for two hours and was told that they could dye my hair to platinum blonde my hair turned out a dark red golden brown mess had to go back the next day so they could fix it they got the red out and then was told that was all they could do. I then went to sallys to get red hair dye and was told there I would need to bleach my hair first. I paid $72 to have my hair messed up beyond belief. I will never go back and I advise you not to instead go to raffles way better.
