I can't help but believe the previous posts are bogus. NANA's post says it is in an UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD...that is absolutely absurd. It is located in a tranquil country setting in a strip mall with wide opened spaces and a large parking lot. The staff is courteous and efficient. As for a staff member asking the owner (Missy) a question...by all means, I would rather have them ask a question than to say something they were not sure about. Fact is...NO ONE knows EVERYTHING. The prices are extremely reasonable for the services provided and Melissa keeps up with the latest trends of cuts. My daughter has frequented her shop for years and is very satisfied. Bottom line...people should not make false accusations against others!!!

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They didn't have affordable prices at all. I was shocked at how much they charged. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
