Went there 10/16/2014 a lady name Carmen messed up my hair... I showed her a pic I wanted and the pic was a long layer with a side bangs and I came out there like Freddy Couger did my hair... Went to Fantastic Sam and they couldn't believe that they let me walked out looking like a damn mess... Now I have to wear a headband to hide my bangs bc it's not a side bangs it's short and not looking great... I will never ever go back to this Clippers ever
I talked to the owner and she said she will give me my $17 back hmm

Janice is terrific! She has cut my naturally, curly hair since 1996. Always does a great job! I've lived in STL area for past 5 years and I still go back to Memphis to have her cut my hair! Sometimes I've had to get a haircut in STL and then I end up having to have Janice fix it because they seem to always mess up my layers. If you have curly hair, Janice is the stylist to try.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
