My son saw stylist #9EM(on my receipt). His bangs were below his eyes. I asked for a "trim". My son is 14. He repeatedly (three times) told her it was short enough. She kept cutting!! In the meantime I was told I would receive 5.00 off today is I took their survey. So I was otherwise occupied. When I saw my son he had NO bangs. His hair was cut to a shaved appearance-uneven. I tipped the stylist $3.00 despite this. I presented her with the 5.00 off gift certificate for the survey. She did not give me the discount, and took my gift card, and lied to me about it. I went to the survyer and showed my receipt. She said there was nothing she could do. I went to another stylist who also could not help me and then a third stylist told me that the survey was not to be done on the weekend so I was NOT entitled to ANYTHING!!
