So disappointed-after l l/2 years coming here for hair I felt the trust in provider .... for no real reason; I felt some tension in their work; even pulling my hair while working on me--never happened before. I shrugged it off then next time I text for appt.---no answer. still not giving up--Went ahead text again later..about 3 weeks out made appt. now... got a horrible haircut anytime wind catches it/ sticks out all over and I'm disgusted.

All you have to do as a provider is say: I don't wish to service your needs!" However I tip good; listen to her stories!! Don't ruin someone's hair...I wouldn't have returned for whatever your "unprofessional reason"!!

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
