This week I wandered into this salon and I met the gracious Michelle C. I had appointment with another provider, but did not realize their location change.
Michelle, unknowing to me, went out of her way to provide me directions to new location of other provider, since I am walking .....and am old????
Well, the light bulb went on and I realized this is my good fortune, by the grace of God; if I just hang out Michelle could accomodate me.
And she did and gave me perfection. Remember I am rather old and she made me feel heart stomper gorgeous.
I know this sounds crazy, but these are real people doing the difficult job of making people happy. All I can say is thank you and job well done. I look forward to studio recommended products as well.
