They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only did my stylist dry my hair after they cut it, but they styled it exactly how I wanted and I went straight out right after my appointment! They answered my questions and spent ample time with me.
