I was impressed that they explained everything they were going to do, offered me tea or coffee, had me change into a smock so the hair color would not stain my shirt, had me fill out a card so they can refer to what they used/did the next time and what products I purchased; they were very professional, the salon was immaculate and relaxing and I absolutely LOVED my hair cut and color! VERY satisfied.
