I got a horrible haircut from Alaine. It is a mess, outdated and high maintenance, the worst ever. I went in to have her cut out the "hacking" and "shredded" layers she had previously put in and asked for a one length bob. It looked flat, and immediately she began hacking through it again!!! I was literally saying "whoa, whoa" and I was left with this outdated, hard to style mess. It's everything I hate, the ends are completely shredded, almost see through and it bubbles like an old grandma, the top is all connected, so I can't get any height or even part it on the side. Its a nightmare, she basically pulled it all straight up and chopped, and chopped. she clearly doesn't care, doesn't listen and is CRAZY!
