I put poor Keli to the test every time I go in. I've brought pictures of what I want and she does it. I ask for a little more or a little less, she does it. She's always friendly and easy to talk to. The very best thing about her, she is VERY consistent. I can go once every 4 months or I can go every 2 weeks. She remembers and 'fixes' me. With natural curly hair, that is WONDERFUL to find in a stylist and VERY rare.
UNLIKE a lot of salons, this one doesn't reek of nail solution. They do a great job of circulating the air and the area where the nails are done is around a corner so privacy is managed.
They all manage their time very well. I show up on time, she's ready for me. If I'm a bit late, she doesn't fill the spot, she will wait for me a bit.
And to top it off, the prices are very fair.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Kelli and Shelly do a wonderful job. I have been seeing them since I was in grade school and they are always up to date on their styles and always willing to try something new. Love this place!!!
