Lucy runs the shop and clearly has a talent withcoloring and styling hair. While I don't speak Spanish- that was the only difficult part- Lucy is the only one of speaks English- however, everyone in the shop is polite and will try to help me, Great atmosphere- she plays spanish gospel or praise and worship music, with a bible sitting on her desk. Love this Godly woman!. She is genuine, conversational in a sweet way, funny in good spirits, She has flexible scheduling and will work in a walk-in as easily as a booked appointment. Saturdays are the craziest/busiest- bring a book if you are going for color- you're going to be there a while- but the results are totally worth it. I love the way my hair comes out every time. Money and time well spent for fabulous hair!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
