They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was by far the best salon I've ever been to, and I think it's the best salon out there. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
