I wonder if this is the same Con Artist who used to operate a Baldness Cure Fraud on W. 57th St in NYC back in the 70s. This place must have raked in millions from desperate guys willing to try anything to stop their hair fallout. It was like a mill with hundreds of people a day being shuffled into salon chairs where some burning liquid would be poured on their head.
