They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I really appreciated the clerk that assisted me. I also made an appt at the salon while I was in Virginia. The clerk recommended the hair and the beautician was awesome. If Im ever through their again I will visit that store

It was the most wonderful experience that I have of a "beauty supply". The employees seem like they are all at home and create a family atmosphere. They are the only beauty supply that has any knowledge of the products they sell, which is difficult to find in these area. They are the cheapest when it come to remi extentions. They have a much better variaty of better quality products. I am a customer for life and I wanted to thank the crew at beauty outlet.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
