I've been going to Lisa for many years. She knows my hair and all the quirky waves and cowlicks. She will always do my cuts and color my hair until we agree to let it go gray.

I've only ever had one of the women here, Mary, cut my hair before. She does a decent job, but she is forgetful. I've scheduled two appointments that she simply never showed up for, after my arriving 10 minutes early, and waiting for 40 minutes past my scheduled time! I never received any means of apology or attempt to remedy the mistake on either occasion. I was highly disappointed. I will NOT be taking my business here again because I cannot afford to have my time wasted.
