They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I barely had to wait at all for my appointment, it was great. They called me back in less than a minute. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
