Excellent experience with Anna! My skin has not been professionally cared for in quite some time. I came out feeling like my wrinkles had diminished and my skin was soft and smooth. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and so glad I did - I have purchased a series of facials. She helped set me up with a few products, no hard sell and very tuned into my routine and needs. Highly recommend this old good old fashioned facial, great results that have lastest weeks.
