They have horiable customer service.i called to make an appt and i had to leave 2 messages and i finally got someone to answer the phone,then i needed to reschedule my appt and i have been calling now for 4 days trying to get a hold of someone(because i leave messages everyday and there unanswered) so i can cancel my appt because i don't think it is a very professional establishment. I called after getting the phone number out of the phone book under Bestyle Family Hair Care but the answering machine says The Hair Place, its very confusing.A girl answered and was rude and short, I told her I needed to reschedule my appt and she sighed and asked for my name.When I told her my name she immediately told me I have the wrong number, but that's the number I called to set up my appt?! This has been the worst place EVER and I would NEVER go there based on the customer service alone!!!
