I came into the store for a professional cut and when I came in the women was rude and nobody wanted to cut my hair so the owner ent me to someone inexperienced with cutting hair. The women in their are young and unprofessional eapecially the owner who sits in the back to your right as u come into the store. When they sent me the ny girl to the lady who couldn't cut do u believe instead of interverning. The ladies kept walking past giggling and laughing the owner turnd her head becuz she thought it was funny that the lady couldn't cut. The lady didn't mold my hair before cutting and she used th razor u use to cut weaves. I knew my cut was all messed base upon the staff actions. If someone noticed she wasn't cuttin my hair correctly why not stop or if the store was busy why not reschedule to make sure I receive total satisifaction. They didn't look at me or said comeback or bye. I paid which I wih I didn't. The lady had the nerve to say call me tommorrow so I can fix if u don't like. Oh now it takes two days to cut someones head and if u messed it up the first time around u think it will be a second time. First of all, my hair didn't have any style n it was cut way shorter than I wanted. I had to go to ulta so they can't fix! Nver go there. Young experienced ghetto chicks. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

This company are literally thieves. They rented equipment from me and did not return or pay for it. We had to call the police on them. Would you use their service knowing that they steal equipment from somebody else?? They also canceled their security credit card. They were not responsible, and we had to sue them. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! caveat emptor. I thought everyone should know about this business owner..

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
