I visited Cathy Gilliam last Spring/Summer (2021). I wanted her to tattoo eyeliner on my upper and lower eyelids. After the initial visit, a couple of months, I had to go back because the eyeliner was coming off the upper eyelids. There was also a spot just below the lower eyelid where she jumped off the track and tattooed a spot there. I haven't been very happy with this situation because once again the eyeliner is coming off my upper eyelids. I don't think I will be returning to Cathy's salon.
