In February my daughter made me an appt. for a perm. I appreciated that they set the appt. on aunt outline seniors perm. Day . my
My daughter emphasized I was in a wheelchair and could not get up or out. That I unable to get into a beauty salon chair. This did not seem to be an issue over the phone,. I was not able to get out of my wheelchair. When we arrived for appointment, My daughters stuck around in case they needed some help but they indicated there was not a problem. My daughter stayed in the parking lot and observed and didn't see anything that was wrong so she went about her errands. In two hours not yet done, my daughter called they mention nothing about me being wet from the shampooing process . And frustration with my handicap. Or thefact I could not get out of the chair. When my daughter came to pick me up and pay the bill the beauty operator made a big deal in front of a whole room of people that I could not get out of the wheelchair on my own or at all. My daughter calmly said this is what I called ahead about a few days ago. G the manager wanted to emphasize that this is not even a permanent day. And that it was a great crisis my daughter left me in their care.their struggle. Once again my daughter patiently pointed out that she told them this before, she waited in their lobby and then her car, ready to assist, if needed. But her understanding was " no problem " for me to stay in my chair. they did not contact her in person or via the phone. My hair was nice but they embarrassed my daughter and I! If you are wheelchair bound, I can't recommend. We are asking family and friends for referrals better customer service and quality hair care. Voice to text.

Great Clips on Stringtown Rd is the WORSE !! A girl named JESSICA BUTCHERED my hair. I think knowing how to *layer* hair is NOT rocket science. My whole head was cut UNEVEN!! She should be FIRED !!! I had to go back and have another gilr TRY and FIX it...its a MESS!!
DO NOT GO THERE !! My hair is RUINED !! IT looks like she cut my hair blindfolded!!!
She should be FIRED !! FIRED !! NEVER AGAIN !!! and to top if off she chopped up my daughter's beautiful hair as well!! I'm disgusted with that place!!!!!!!!!!
