Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance.
