Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The Salon was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had a bunch of questions when I arrived, but they were able to answer all of them. They really knew what they were talking about. A very friendly salon, I like it.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I went to see a stylist recommended to me by a friend. Her name is Christina and she gave me a beautiful cut and suggested changing my hair color to to auburn and it came out great!
