Kirstine cut my hair and I felt she did a great job and especially since it was my first visit. I have little quirks that I feel make cutting my hair somewhat difficult. I'll definitely let her cut my hair again.

My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
