They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are a Salon that deals with multi-ethnic hair, but they charge more hair that is kinkier. I find it very inappropriate.
