The problem with this site is staff or more exactly one of the staff. I have gone to this place half dozen or more times - and most of the times I have been treated at least ok- this time I (as always) didn't request anyone specifically- so I got Tanay. Terrible customer service manners, must of had a bad day because her attitude stank. I was treated like a burden for her to deal with and the haircut - and showed it. I don't need a demeaning attitude towards a customer.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
