I had such a horrible experience at this salon. My engagement party was on a sunday and i had a hair appointment the saturday before the event. I made it explicitaly known to Sandrica that it is a special day for me. By the time she got to my hair, it was 2:00 pm when my appointment was at 11:00 am, which she pushed to 12:30 pm. I told her I had to pick up my dress at 4:00 from the alteration and she promised she will be done before 4:00 but it was 4:30 when i left the shop. She is rude, unprofessional, expensive and i would not recommend her for no one. I paid $70 for a hair cut and a style. Anyone that sees my hair can testify that it is soft and easy to maintain. The price was unreasonable, most of all the attitude was unacceptable.
