No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
Did the staff at this salon leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. The staff wasn't respectful or professional at all. They only wanted to talk to each other, and made no effort to help me. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
