Visited Headquarters for years. Johanna runs a professional operation and all of her staff are friendly. Going there was an event for my kids and I! They were not like hairdressers, but trusted friends that respected your wishes. They know how to direct you towards a change that flatters while not pushing you. I have always received many compliments on my hair for its cut and color.
