I had an appointment at 1 for highlights and I was there promptly. The hairstylist named Amy took her time walking around like I wasn't even there. Didn't even care. I finally got in the chair at 1:30. I was telling her what I wanted for highlights and her response was we will see how the color will turn out. She was unprofessional and lacked interpersonal skills. I don't even think she knew what she was doing. I left the salon thinking that would be the last time I would go back. Come to my surprise when I pulled all my hair up the highlights was not proportional. All the highlights was only in the right side of my head. I went back so they can fix it. While I was explaining my situation to another stylist Amy was sitting in front of me getting her hair done not even a word. I wouldn't recommend going there. Save your money and go somewhere else.
