He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with my haircut and color after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and April was very friendly and knowledgeable.
