I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. more than that, the are very attentive and knowledgeable. They have staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. they have a great selection of product and help you pick the ones best for you-if you want them. They make the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I have ever had. They always make sure I am well taken care of. For me it always a little spa experience with a great cut and color!
