Stylists were very professional, sweet & knowledgeable. I love the way my hair looked & felt once it was done. It lasted a long time (2 weeks). As wonderful as this process is, the upkeep proved to be quite expensive, which is the primary reason I couldn't stay with the hair thermal relaxer system. The combing through part was the less pleasant part. Other than that, I felt quite pampered.
