JAK & CO did not style my hair the way I asked. When I left I felt like I looked like I did my own hair. And I have no cutting skills or anything, it was just horrible.. The wait for JAK & CO was absolutely ridiculous! It messed up my entire day my appointment was at 1, I didn't get seen until 2 and the entire process didn't end until about 7, because my stylist was running her mouth and doing several heads at a time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Very unprofessional atmosphere!
