The best stylist in there is Monie (Demone) she knows what she is doing. I don't care what style you want or need she can do it. If you don't mind waiting a little longer. But, it is worth it. Her prices are very good and she gives you tips on styles, proper care of hair, if you should have perm or not and when to come back. Her clientele say great things about her. Monie and only Monie is a great stylist in there. If Monie is not there then yu can ask for Vanessa she is good also.

Everyone is super nice in there! Trina has done my hair several times before. She's good with sets. She's also done cuts for my friend and they've always turned out really well. I saw there was another reviewer who had a bad experience with her. Not sure if I've always gotten lucky or if she was just having an off day with that particular client.

Their staff is very friendly but not very professional. The pricing was great and I was able to get in on the same day that I called, Trina was my stylist and I had to slow her down to do a consult. She assured me she could cut and style my hair.."You have hair like my mother's" she said. She also stated that she had been doing hair since she was a teenager and is now 50. She offered me the works for $60 regularly $85 and I agreed. I asked her not to cut it too short because I have a habit of thinning due to mt thyroid problem. She said no problem. SHE BUTCHERED THE CUT. Can you SLOPPY. My hair has been shaven in some areas and there are plugs of hair behind my ears and on the nape of my neck. I was afraid to have her clean it up. I now have to go to someone else to try and fix this cut. She is a sweet lady, but do not let her cut your hair. I repeat DO NOT LET TRINA NEAR YOU WITH SCISSORS AND SHAVERS. She is not very good with them. You can find someone better, I'd return again, but only to see a different stylist. I saw people leaving with great hairstyles from other stylists. I should have figured it out since she was able to get me in quickly...Hindsight!!! I can find better service somewhere else.

Initially I was very pleased with the service that I received. The stylist was efficient and thorough. I was in and out within 2 hours and received a relaxer, wet set and style. FANTASTIC! However, a few days later I noticed that my shoulder length hair started falling out. I now have a sandwich bag full of hair that has broken off at the root. NEVER has this happened before. I seriously doubt that I will ever return and will not recommend this salon to anyone. I am not sure why or what caused my hair to fall out. The stylist has asked my to come in so that she can take a look, but the damage is already done. The pricing was great, but as I was always told you get what you pay for. :(
