I have been going to Cutting Crew in Hackettstown/Mansfield for the last 3 years and other than a few uneven hair cuts have had no complaints until yesterday...when I was assigned Becca as my hairstylist...I asked for a trim and to neaten up my already short hair...mind you I am a cancer patient so after losing and regaining my hair hair was a BIG deal....she turned me away from the mirror as she was cutting and I kept asking you sure you aren't taking too much off...well at the end when she turned me around it looked like a man's hair cut...close cropped at the sides and close cropped to the crown with a little big in front...I was devasted.asked for the manager (Alex) who tried very hard to diffuse the situation and offered to see if he could maybe style it a bit better..well there wasn't even enough hair for that...so BE WARNED DO NOT USE BECCA !!
