They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. My stylist always dries and styles my hair at Salon Outlooks. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
