I went there as a walk-in for a trim and single shade all-over color as a first time customer to this particular Regis Salon. I ended up with the manager doing my hair. I felt I was overcharged for the services received. I didn't have a blow dry or style and had just a trim...no style change, shaping, etc. The charge was $100! I saw on the receipt after I left that I was charged an additional $11 for some color enhancement which I didn't request and I don't believe I received. Also was charged the full fee for a shampoo, cut and style. I have gone to other Regis Salons before and they ALWAYS reduce the fee since I don't want a blow dry or style (which significantly reduces the time and work on their part). I will NOT go back to this salon simply because I feel I was overcharged and it was done by the manager! The salon was extremely slow when I was there and as a business professional it is my assumption that the manager was trying to get closer to whatever her daily profit mark she is expected to hit by corporate. This is bad business and they lost what could have been a loyal customer. I am new to the area and will be looking for another salon to be a patron at. Would not recommend.
