They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. My stylist always dries and styles my hair. I never have to worry about having cold, dripping hair when I leave. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. The shampoo and conditioner they used wasn't top of the line but it did it's job. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It took me half a lifetime just trying to find the place. I understand they want to create a quiet, relaxing atmosphere but they’re out in no-man’s land. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. I was able to make an appointment with them, and get in very quickly. I didn't have to wait long at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day.
