They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I get compliments all the time on my hair and I love my stylist there, Rachel. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They do walk ins and you can call ahead to make an appointment.
