livia petruse, owner definitely cares about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. At livia petruse, owner's office it was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. livia petruse, owner would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! livia petruse, owner's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me.
