I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've spent way too much time AND money at high-priced salons in Boston and elsewhere, and have never had a better haircut, period! The atmosphere is congenial and the staff incredibly competent and friendly. Now, they only take walk-ins, and thanks to their skill there can occasionally be a wait, but believe me, it's worth it! Heck, I almost wish my hair grew faster! I'll be back!!!
