They barely gave me any information at all on wait times or if they would be able to do the cut I wanted. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff told me it would be an hour wait after an hour and a half of sitting there I ask how soon and they proceed to unclearly tell me about another two hours.
